My Busy Little Boy

As promised.....here are pictures of Zander from the playground. This is an awesome playground that is a few miles from our house. The St. Louis Children's hospital donated this playground to this particular park recently and it is pretty cool. The ground is kind of that bouncy foam material......so if Z fell because he doesn't listen to his mama who is trying to tell him not to step down from something 4 ft off the ground.....he would at least bounce a little when he landed.

I didn't get a picture of it because I was too busy chasing Z, but they have a really cool fountain sprinkler area where the kids can play. Water shoots up randomly out of the ground so the kids can run around and play in the water and stay cool.

But it was only about 90 degrees this last Monday, so why would Z want to play in the water when he could just run around on the hot playground equipment in the sun?

I digress....here are the pictures....

Ok, so here is where my camera accidently got switched to B&W. Of all the pics, I wish these had turned out in color because I couldn't get him to sit at the top of this slide again long enough for me to redo it in color.

I tried to recreate once I got the camera back to color......dang it he's fast!

I finally had to make him leave. He was all red and so tired and hot he could hardly walk straight anymore. He took a nice long nap that afternoon.....and so did I!

Hi and thanks for coming to Hungary today! I love the name Zander... so fun. I am also so envious of the playground. The ones here are so communistic and old. There are some more modern ones, but not many, thankfully the kiddos don't know the difference and just like to play!

Okay, so I saw your post about the Twilight series, everyone on BATW is talking about it... I need to get someone to send it to me!

Keep going with the weight loss, I am with you on it, I need to loose too! You can do it!

Karla, that is one beautiful child. If I keep coming by your blog I'm going to have to look up some synonyms for "cute".

Now, why did you leak the latest Twilight manuscript? Shame on you. ;)

I never get tired of those dimples. You're going to have to beat the girls off of that boy. And keep him away from my girls....I don't want you beating my children!!

Great shots! When my kiddos were Z's age, the playground was the place to be! Still is, on occasion. We live right down the street from the elementary school, and the girls still go up there to swing every so often--and they're 21 and 18!
