Ok, so my last week of the year isn't shaping up so well. I don't mean to complain, but...........
I think I fried my laptop!!! There was a loose connection in the wiring anyway....and today I smelled some burning and them "fsssssst".....no power. I can't get it to boot back up....no juice in it at all. I just hope when it shorted out it didn't erase the hard drive. Now I have to try and get someone to get all my stuff off of it.
I have the desktop I can use now, but I had about 3 months of pics I hadn't backed up yet on the laptop!!! I'm trying not to freak out! But I am a freaker outer! I am totally prone to freaking out!!!!
My Christmas Eve kinda sucked too...that is the day my family celebrates the holiday as we go to a family reunion on Christmas Day. I won't go into a lot of detail...but it was more of the "Griswold" persuasion than "Normal Rockwell". And I got so upset my acid reflux is out of control again!
Christmas was good! But, I'm probably the only one that is now glad its over!
Bring on the New Year! I'm ready to end this year! Bah Humbug!!!
I'll try to be cheerier next post...maybe my foul mood will leave if my Nexium ever kicks in!
Could I possibly use anymore exclamation points???!!!!!!

I am sorry and I understand...I have had my moments this Christmas! I have had to try very hard to remember what is really important about this holiday and let all the junk go by the wayside.
Here's to a great 2009...May God bless you always!
Are you sure we're not sisters taken away at birth?
I am an awesome Freaker Outer to!!!
I hope your able to get everything off your laptop.
And I hope 2009 is a better year for you!!!
I'm a fan of the exclamation point. Especially in this situation. They're warranted. I'm so sorry all of that happened. Christmas can be hard sometimes. Okay, they can be hard alot of times. Hang in there. A new year is only days away.
The good news is that Christmas only comes once a year. The bad news is that I'm having computer "issues," too. The Blue Screen of Death visited my house for Christmas. Seriously! And, PS, I DO so like Exclamation Points!!
Well Karla the Grouch, I am right there with you! Bring on 2009!
Oh, and I love me some !!!!! points!!!
I am sorry that your holiday was not ideal:-(
