Living On the Edge....

Oh my goodness.....I didn't think I was ever going to get back to my precious little blog ever again.

I would like to say that all is going well and things are moving along with my house and everyone is getting along and playing nice.....but then I would be lying.

I have ONE nerve left and it seems EVERYONE and their mother is on it! I can't even blame it on PMS. Work has been hectic....and sadly I'd rather be there than at my parent's house. I flipped out in the car the other day - while I was driving - I threatened to throw a pair Zander's shoes out the window if I heard the velcro on them ONE.MORE.DAMN.TIME! No, it wasn't Zander doing it.....it was his Grandpa!!!!

Why do men make so much noise? Have you ever noticed how noisy they are? Whistling.....not really a tune or anything....just a noise. Humming...again, not a real tune....just one long note. Jingling of keys or coins in a pocket. Mumbling to themselves. NOISY! Why I want a man I have NO freakin' idea! I'd probably end up killing him in his sleep after a few bad days. Just kidding (no I'm not).

Oh, and on that same car trip where I flipped out - like I said...I was driving. My Dad was sitting in the back with Zander. He yells up to me and says "You need to do something about your son. He's trying to get out of his carseat".

REALLY? I NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIM WHEN I'M DRIVING AND YOU ARE ACTUALLY SITTING BACK THERE WITH HIM???? Yeah, that didn't go so well. I pulled off the road into the nearest store's parking lot......let's just say things worked themselves out before I had to unbuckle my seat belt.

Did I mention I'm on the edge????

Ok, on the home front....I finally got a break down from my public adjuster as to what he and his team think is totaled. I had to go through the list and say where I bought it and when and how much I paid for it. Thank you, Google, for making that easier. It still took me 3 hours!

Other than that.....NOTHING has been done to the house yet! I have to laugh about it. Oh, its not a "haha" laugh...its a "I'm going insane" laugh......you know...the kind that makes everyone around you uncomfortable.

Well, if you stuck around and read all my bitching.....then I have good news for you. I'm done bitching for now. I have to admit....I feel better having written that all out. So, thanks for indulging me once again. Oh, that wasn't my good news though.

The good news is we had GREAT weather last weekend and I took oodles of pictures of the Z-Man. So, for the next few days......as long as I have time to upload pics.....I should have some posted daily.

He was watching my Dad test out a new miter saw.....he was so zoned in on that that when he went to put his candy in his mouth....he missed his mouth!
