Greetings! So, for those of you who follow me....you know I've been a bit blah lately. So, a few weeks ago I agreed to do this swap that Shannon
She matched us with people from other states and then we were supposed so send our person stuff that represented our state and/or city. So.....a few days ago....I got a goody box from Glenna in Georgia!
Looks like a pretty cool stash of stuff, right?
Let's take a closer look, shall we? Here we go....
First, I got these AWESOME cookies.
OMG! Were they heavenly!!!
I think I shared 1 cookie.....and then I ate the rest.
She sent this box of Key Lime Cooler cookies too.....
I'm trying to pace myself so I haven't dug into those yet....but I'm sure it won't be long.
Then, there is this bottle of Vidalia Onion and Peach hot sauce.....what the heck?
I have never heard of such a thing before. This is going to send my acid reflux right over the edge. But it looks waaaay to interesting to not give it a try. So, what should I try this on? Any suggestions? And the name.....Prissy's!!!! How perfect is that? I love it!
Oh, and here we have another Prissy's product. Its Prissy's peanuts. I'm going to see how many times I can put the word Prissy's in my post. Because I'm liking the word 'Prissy".
I have to say I have never had green boiled peanuts (by Prissy or anyone else) either! So, I'll be giving these a try too. Zander loves peanuts.....so I'll probably have to share these.
I bet you all are going to want my next item:
Isn't that the cutest wallet? Glenna made it! Its called a Wonder Wallet....and she even included a lucky penny in it.
(Come on....tell me.....is that not perfect?.....could I not really use a lucky penny?)
In her letter to me she stated this about the wallet - "This little wallet is designed for those times we don't want to carry a purse. The coins won't fall out once the flap is closed (thus the name 'wonder wallet')." Very cool! I love it! I love the idea and the fabric. Soooo cute. And, actually, I have been looking for something small like this to carry....so its perfect.
And, lastly, she gave me this really fattening sounding recipe for Peach Crisp with Maple Cream Sauce! Does the name alone not sound good enough to give you a heart attack but you know you'd die happy so you know you'd eat it anyway? I am sooooo gonna try this when I get back in my house.
Glenna sent a lovely little letter along with all the goodies.....telling me about Georgia's fire ants (which I believe I had the pleasure of meeting some a long time ago when I was in Savannah Georgia on vacation...not very friendly as I recall), grits (which I have never tried) and how to shop for a perfect peach (these tips will definitely come in handy)!

I have a great time with this swap and it was a nice diversion for me....so I want to thank Shannon for getting is all together and organizing it.
And, I want to thank Glenna from Georgia for all my goodies.
I really appreciate the time and effort you took to pick out some really nice things.
Oh, I almost forgot....
PRISSY!!!!!

Did you just call me a nut?!
To make up for that, you can send me those cookies... or the wallet... or anything Prissy.

Glenna sent you some fab goodies... enjoy! :)
Glad you liked the Georgia goody box. You can't live in GA and not eat boiled peanuts....it's the law.
Put the GA Peach and Vidalia Onion hot sauce on wings.....and soon you'll be saying: "Y'all, this is SOooo GOOD" LOL
