I had a dream....

There is a local radio station here in St. Louis that plays this game every year - its called "Pick Your Purse". They buy 25 designer purses and when you hear the 'special music' you have a to be a certain caller. Then you can play to win. You have to go to their website and download a game board....then its kind of like the "Memory" game from there. If you are the lucky caller, you get to pick 2 squares and hope you find a match. There is a small group of us at work that are working as a team - so our board is ALWAYS UPDATED!!! If we EVER get through, we're gonna win. I was a lucky winner last year. I won a pink leather Cole Haan handbag.....seriously, I did. Its still in my closet in a bag and everything!
So, I digress....back to the dream. I dreamt last night that I was at work and I had missed one of the callers, so I didn't know what squares on the gameboard were uncovered. My friend, Angie (who no longer even works at the same place I do) told me to go ask Matt for his gameboard. Well thats just funny if you knew Matt. He might do that for his wife, but I doubt he would pay that close attention to the radio and actually keep a gameboard. It is kind of a "girlie" thing to do. Anyway, I find his and its not updated...so then I go look at Melissa's. Then I realize, the stupid caller hadn't been keeping a gameboard, so she picked squares that had already been uncovered (this happens in real life all the time and I wish these people wouldn't call in and waste my time). So then, somehow, someone STEALS my gameboard!!! Well, I am livid!!!! How dare they!!!! (I love overusing exclamation marks!!!!) I then suddenly find myself at school, in a dungeon of course (like Hogwarts I guess). I was sitting next to Debbi and just complaining about my stolen gameboard. She says "Just make a copy of mine." I'm all "that's not the point. How dare someone steal my board. It was perfect. It was all written in green ink and I "X'd" off all the matches with an orange highlighter." (I am pretty meticulous with my card). So, then I guess I had to pee because that's all I remember. I guess it was funnier in my head and not so much on this blog, huh? Well, I was just happy that I remembered a dream. I haven't been sleeping very well, so tonight I'm trying some Nyquil.

Oh, and when I left work today - I brought my gameboard home with me too! ;)
