Saturday I was driving to Illinois to meet my friend, Kris, so our sons could spend the afternoon at the pool together. I got caught in traffic and couldn't figure out why....until I saw this:
I took this picture with my camera phone, so its not the best quality....but its always convenient. They were in the process of cleaning up after this accident at this point. The cab and front part of the trailer of that truck were totally burned up. I never did listen to the news to hear what happened to cause the accident, if anything/anyone else was involved, or the status of the driver of that truck.

Traffic is the worst but I always think...by the grace of God go I...you know?

I hate any accidents but when they look bad like that, I really do feel for the families and people involved.

OK so that was a horrific accident, but, I know you had Z with you. Where both of your hands on the wheel? I'm just sayin...Your a dedicated blogger and all, but well you just be careful out there MISS BLOGGER! I am so totally kidding! sort of... Happy Friday!
It is always so scary to drive by a recent accident. It really makes you drive a little more carefully!

A big celebration of the 50's & 60's and classic cars, called 'Hot August Nights' is takng place n Reno at the moment. The raffic is a nightmare and there are accidents all over the place!
