OSB - Week 3

Well, this week I did try to eat better. However, at certain times of the month you must have chocolate (can I get an Amen, ladies?).

I finally did a C25k workout with tennis shoes on instead of bare feet. (Its a long story) Anyway, that felt MUCH better on the old shins.

So, I did try eating better this week, except for that one milky way, and I got 2 C25k workouts in......however, I gained 2.5lbs!!!! Oh well, I do feel better having exercised so its not a total loss.

I gave up my skinny bitch dream years ago. LOL I have no doubt you can do it though! You have held out 2 weeks, 6 days longer than I ever did!!

Yeah..I am holding at 4 pounds...I just can't seem to lose this weight. But ...I am feeling better after my walks/workouts...

Sometimes chocolate is an unstoppable craving! Dont worry about the gain--my trainer says that happens at first!

The 2.5 lbs is probably just water weight from that wonderful monthly visitor...way to go on the workout; I'm glad your shins are feeling better!
