The weather here in St. Louis turned a little cooler this weekend. Normally I don't like that....except I'm wanting a break on my electric bill. So, it was nice to turn off the A/C and open the windows. It was cool enough that I didn't need to use the attic fan either. Sweet!

I have a lot of clutter around the house so I tried to get rid of some of that this weekend. I still have a lot of clutter....but at least some is ready to go to Goodwill. Some I'm going to try and sell on Craig's List and/or Ebay. I need some extra cash as someone has a birthday coming up soon and I want it to be special. Which reminds me.....I need to get back to Susie about the cake.....

Also, I won my very FIRST contest in Blogland!!! Yep, I won Veggie Mom's Pop'rs contest over at Eat Your Veggies! Me and another lady, named Marla were the Grand Prize Winners!!! So, the -arla's were big winners this weekend! I get to try ALL of the Pop'rs flavors now....oh, and Z does too! I'm pretty excited about it!

Gas this week: it is now $3.39/gal.....down a few cents from last week. Amazing how fast it goes up due to a holiday weekend....and how slowly it goes back down.

hey - we are having a garage sale this weekend on our street, grab your crap and come on out.. My cousin's little boy is 1 so you may just sell her all your stuff :D and then buy stuff from the neighbor acorss the street (who's youngest is now 5)

Wow gas is really good there! I paid $3.58 this morning and that's down from $3.85 it had been forever!
I spent the weekened cleaning ONE room.
I have SIX bags to the GoodWill and FOUR to the dump.
