I have to be honest - I haven't felt like blogging this week!
Oh, I enjoy reading everyone else's blog....but updating my own blog feels forced. I've had a lot on my mind recently and its kind of weighing me down a bit. Some of it I just don't want to talk about yet....other things I'm afraid if I say it on my blog I will come off as some crazy activist and alienate people. I sometimes take things too personally and feel like I must carry the weight of the world on my shoulders.......which is why I'm probably over my allowed visits per year at the chiropractor now.
Anyway, I'll get over it and hopefully feel like writing something much more interesting soon. Maybe. Who knows.
The one thing that gets me out of my blahs - this little guy......his smile, his giggles, his hugs:
Damn I love this kid!!!!
Ok, not to be left out, they make me pretty happy too:

I've been having too many of those kinds of days as well...
I think Jen's (Cheaper the Therapy) husband said it best -"Blog like no one is reading."
And Zander is too freakin' cute in that pic - I want to squeeze his cheeks!
Hey, are you in the midwest? In Missouri? Obama will be here this Sat!
Ahhh Karla. Lord knows I spill my guts on my blog for all the world to see. Then later I question if it was the right thing to do or not. Let's just say I have alot of un-pubished posts. Makes me feel better to just write it all out.
Love ya Darlin. Praying you feel the weight lifted.
It is a trying time...I too, am feeling tense. We have had some recent disappointments...I understand! I take very long walks in beautiful places and I feel better!
I know what you mean--it's hard to always be in the mood to blog. When I started, I committed to write a post every day--but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not? It it better to just write when you feel you have a great story or write every day eveb if it's not the greatest post?
I don't know! But I totally know what you're saying!
Well then do what I do...just keep posting pictures of of babies and critters! (that's a plug for my own pleasure!) A picture is worth a thousand words right? I try to do the post a day too. Some days it drives me insane. You know what else? You do what is good for Karla and I will be wandering around somewhere till you get back :)
Our children are our best reminders to not take ourselves too seriously.
It happens to the best of us. Hope you perk up soon! If not, keep posting pics of the cutest little dark-haired boy ever. I can always handle more of those!
We all go through blogging funks. It happens to me at least 3 or 4 times per year.
I got an idea. Lets talk about politics! I SOOOOO want to write about the debates, but I am too chicken. I would probably lose half of my readers.
Z's dimples make me crazy in a good way.
Those eyes! That smile! The dimples!
What's not to love?
YEAH for the little pup pup & his Soldier.
(We call little dogs pup pups at my house)
Little Zander is as cute as ever & I love that he makes you pull him around in the little wagon.
Kids are so funny.
I feel the same way about my blog sometimes.
You'll come out of it & it's your blog so say how YOU feel if we don't like it that's fine, we all can have different opinions & still be friends.
Besides anyone who knows you at all knows you would never offend anyone on purpose or anything like that.
Say what YOU want to say sister & everyone can take it or leave it.
I'm right there with you. I was in a major funk this past week! Must be a bloggy bug going around. LOL
Great pix! I just wanna pinch Z's cheeks!! Love the furry babies too! I felt like your yellow one looks this weekend!
