Warm & Fuzzy

I've been on a kick lately making hand-tied fleece blankets. And with fleece being on sale all the time lately....well, it isn't helping

I made this one a few weeks ago for a friend's baby shower. Little baby Samantha was born about 3 weeks ago....I hope she's finding this comfy....

I made one for little Miles was born on 12-1....I hope he likes his too. However, I apparently forgot to take a picture of it. His mommy and daddy are not the pastel kind....they are more of the tie die generation...so I thought bright colors might fit him better.... So, just imagine a blue with brightly colored puzzle pieces all over it.

I saw this material and had.to.have.it.....for Zander of course! However, Zander, being a little hot box, could care less about it right now. I thought it would be good to wrap around him on our way out to the car when we go somewhere since he will not wear a coat. But he tells me "No" and throws it down. So much for that.....

So, I made a 2nd one....this one with a blue backing instead of green...for Jaxen's 2nd bday. He is Z's BFF and is about 3 weeks younger than Z. I hope he likes his more than Z did.

I made this one awhile back for a Pay It Forward....it is a bigger blanket...I hope she's enjoying it.

I made this one some time ago for no reason at all. I had made another one like this for Tricia's Little Miss T before she was born. I really liked the material, so I made another one. I call it my "Its a Small World" blanket because its got kids on it from all different places. I'm donating this one for a giveaway that Esme's mom is supposed to have soon.

Oh wait....whose belly is that?

Peek-a-boo.....Its Zander!!!

Ok, seriously now...here's the blanket....

And finally, I made one for myself. Mine is a lot bigger than the ones I made for the kids....well, because I'm a lot bigger......

I love it....now if only I could get them to share it with me....little buggers.....

What a great idea...are they hard to make? I think I need a How to video...I finally saw Casino Royale...it was good...just really long!

Jaxen loves his blanket. He sleeps with it on those really cold nights. I love it too. I cuddle with it while watching TV. Thanks Chica

I loVELOve these blankets!
I made the spouse a John Deere one last Christmas and Stinky Wen and Wy each have one too!
Do you trim your fringe after?
It looks WAY better than my fringe all kinda scrappy and floppy.
